im used Canon AE1 Program. need help with lens that suitable with this camera. and also with the price (currently) in the market if you know. really appreciate it.

Any lens designed for the Canon FD mount will work on your camera. This is the older Canon mount with all manual focus and aperture rings. No modern Canon lens has an aperture ring, that is controlled with the camera body.
Price on this stuff is all over the place, it depends on perceived value as much as anything else. There were two AE-1 kits for sale here local yesterday, fairly comparable, one was being listed for $50 and one was being listed for $250. The $50 kit will sell, the $250 kit will not sell at that price. Your locality may be different, but where I am, old manual film cameras aren't worth much. Newer models aren't worth much either, unless they have a decent lens with them that can be used on a digital body. There are no digital cameras that use the FD mount that your camera supports.

Question about Canon macro lens for sale online.?

I have been looking for a macro lens for my canon t3i. I like the canon 100mm f2.8 it sells for about $560.00. But today I came across a sale on ebay for the same lens but in the L series that normally sells for just over $900.00 for the same price as the non L. here is the link. http://www.ebay.com/ctg/Canon-EF-100mm-F-28-USM-IS-L-Lens-/99695935?_refkw=canon+100mm+macro&_pcatid=783&_pcategid=78997&_dmpt=Camera_Lenses&_dashexp=1 Is this a good deal or am I missing something. It says new, and excepts returns. Any advice would be appreciated. It seems to good to be true so in most cases I'm sure it is.

Expect a hefty customs bill when imported, a better deal, and some would say a better lens, is the Tamron 105mm f2.8, voted the sharpest production lens on more than one site, but it's not the best for build quality. Sigma is supposedly an optically better lens than the Canon non L series too, L series build and optics at non L prices.
Canon anything is rarely the best value (a lens hood is often an extra for a start, talk about milking it), 3rd party lenses are at least as good and often better. (wait for the thumbs down from all the Canon sheep).
