I have a canon rebel t3i and it came with lens cleaner so of course i use it, then today the bottle exploded all over the camera and one of the lenses is foggy and if i take a picture it says there was a communication error and if i try another lens it just doesnt take the picture! what do i do?

Lens cleaner should never be stored near cameras or lenses.
In fact, when applying the lens cleaner, it should be placed on the lens tissue or microfiber cloth. The liquid cleaner can damage the adhesive that holds the lens elements in place.
Now you have a damaged camera and lens.
All you can do is sent it to Canon for cleaning. Hopefully you did not turn on the camera, causing the cameras electronics to short out.

I currently shoot with the original Canon Digital Rebel. We take senior pix, family pix, and kids pix. I'm looking to upgrade, and don't know whether I should get a Cannon Rebel XTI or the D30. The XTI has a self cleaner which is nice. However, the D30 comes with a stabalization lens, which is great for off-tripod shots. I can only get one...and if I got the XTI, I couldn't afford a stabalizing lens right now. Any thoughts out there? Thanks for your help.

Canon 30D is meant for semi-pro/professional photography. It contains an array of features that you might not probably use in the future, and you will be paying extra cash for them.
However, it is a great camera that has several advantages compared to the lower-end XTi.
First of all, it's built with better material, therefore it will last longer. It is also a larger camera, therefore if you have larger hands, then you will probably feel more comfortable holding it than holding the XTi, but I guess that if you owned a Digital Rebel before this wouldn't be such an issue.
And yes, the XTi has all that fancy dust-removing technology, and the sensor at the viewfinder that turns the LCD monitor off. HOWEVER, one thing that really turns me off about the XTi is that it doesn't have a spot meter.
These two cameras are very good cameras, as they both deliver great results. This is a matter of prioritising the functions that both cameras have. But I don't think you will go wrong with any one you choose.
