So I was wondering that if I saved up would it be more worth it to get a 24, 35, 50, & 85 prime lens kit, or should I just invest in an l series 24-105. Both cost about the same. Any advice??

What lens you use when shooting a video will depend upon the script.
Each scene will call for a specific angle of view and camera position.
There is no way to tell which lenses you need until you read the script and block out each scene.
For the most latitude, a zoom lens might be the best choice, at least for now.
Spend some time on this website and you will begin to understand what challenges you have ahead of you, attempting to use a dSLR as a video camera

i am going to buy the Canon PowerShot ELPH 110 HS and i want to buy a little fisheye lens for video and pictures. unfortunately, they do not sell one. so how do i build one that fits?

As you haven't yet bought this camera, wouldn't it be so much easier just to buy a camera that DOES allow the fitment of a fisheye adapter.
Your chances of building one that fits and works is pretty much zero - after all Canon haven't bothered have they?
