Im stuck in between.. The Tamron 18-270mm VC, Tamron 28-300mm VC, Sigma 18-200mm, or Canon 18-200mm.
Which do you think is better?
As of right now, I don't care about the price or how expensive it is.
I'm planning on using the lens on a High School Football field to take Homecoming and the game.
And which lens has the wider lens?

The wider lens? It should be pretty clear that 18 mm is wider than 28 mm
The Canon 18-200 mm is the one that will last longest.
You will need to shoot at the cameras highest ISO and deal with the noise in Lightroom later.

As you will see, the 300 mm f/2.8 was shot wide open at 3200 ISO to be able to "freeze" the action at 1/800th second.
So. If how expensive the lens is does not matter to you, buy the fine Canon 300 mm f/2.8 and a monopod and shoot like a wild-man.

How to fix my camera lens?

When I look through the eye piece, it looks really dark. I have used other lenses on the camera and it works fine but this particular one does not work. I am using a Canon rebel XS with an 18-75mm lens.

never heard of an 18-75 lens...
It sounds like your aperture blades are stuck. Zoom the lens out to the widest setting, take it off the camera, and look through the lens. If you can see the aperture blades and only a small opening, the aperture is stuck and the lens is in need of repair or replacing.
If the aperture blades are open, then the camera is closing them when the lens is mounted. This is bad too. You say it happens with no other lenses back to the lens needs repair or replacing.
