panasonic lumix camera interchangeable lenses image

I was thinking between buying "Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 (FZ45)" , "Canon PowerShot SX30 IS" and "Fujifilm FinePix S2800HD" and I'm confuse right now.
I wanted to know which one is better and whats the advantage of each one in compare with the other ones that I mentioned.
By "Starting professorial Photographing" I mean, For a Beginner

After you take your first couple of classes in photography, you will see that to be in business as a pro, you need pro tools.
The two cameras you listed are P&S cameras with tiny sensors.
Pro cameras have a full frame sensor, 36 x 24mm, 8.61 cm² . A P&S camera like those listed are only 6.16 x 4.62 mm, 0.28 cm². There is NO way you can go into business with a P&S camera.
Add to that, pros use cameras with interchangeable lenses, the P&S cameras you listed have but one lens.

I looking for an affordable camera for indoor/outdoor concerts. A camera that can handle major and minor zoom without getting blurry. The brand doesn't matter as long as the pictures come out great; not for professional use.

It is really interesting to notice how cameras have evolved over the years. As a kid, I distinctly remember how flabbergasted I was, when told that the funny-looking thing propped up on a tripod in the Charlie Chaplin film was nothing but a camera! Having seeing Walkman-sized roll film cameras all my life, it was quite difficult to believe that the weird-looking device on the tripod was actually a camera. To come to think of it, I guess an 8-year old who has seen digital cameras all his life, would pretty much feel the same when it comes to hand-held roll film cameras of yesteryear. Now let come to your question as per my choice Nikon D600, canon EOS 5D mark - III ,Sony NEX- 5N , Olympus TG-1 , this are the best outdoor cameras.
